  If I could rate this business any lower I would! I had a one piece vinyl floor material and new subfloor installed. I was told they don't use adhesive anymore the floor would suction itself to the subfloor. The first time my air conditioner kicked on the entire floor blew up in the air like a giant bubble. I turned the air off and it went down but did not suction to the subfloor. I called and was told by Cheryl to call the installer direct. I called Jerry the installer, he came back and said the floor wasn't cut to the right size. He trimmed it and said it would be fine. Still it never sectioned down. There were air bubbles throughout the floor. I called and again was told to call Jerry direct. I finally got him out to look at it, by then it was winter and he said he had to wait till it warmed up outside come back, take the floor up and lay it out in the heat to get the wrinkles that formed to go away. I called him back in the spring and he said he would come out as soon as his schedule allowed. He never did. I called Cheryl back and all she did was argue and yell at me. Basically called me a liar and said I never called her about the year long floor issue, she also said my subfloor must have been no good, that's why it never sectioned down. I told her I paid for a new subfloor that Jerry installed. She was argumentative, when I told her I would give her a bad review she said "go ahead, I will just say you lied" then she went on to tell me she has thousands of customers and didn't care about my problem. End result I wasted $900 + for flooring, a new subfloor and trim. I had Coconis Flooring in Zanesville come out and replace the floor. They did a beautiful job and I've not had one problem with them. Avoid Dodsons at all cost!!
